What a good looking and tasty plateful Anne Aobadia prepared and cooked here. I have friends who quite regularly shop at IKEA and they always tell me, 'we just have to have some of their meatballs', can't say I've ever tasted them ... but these shown here, yum! I could definitely tuck in to this plateful ...

Meatballs
½ yellow (white) onion
1 lb / 450 g ground (minced) beef, or half and half mix of ground beef and pork
4 oz. / 110 g cream cheese
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch ground allspice
3 tablespoons butter
Cream Sauce
1¼ cups /300 ml heavy (double) whipping cream
2 oz. /55 g cream cheese
1 tablespoon tamari soy sauce (optional)
salt and pepper
Cauliflower and lingonberries/cranberries
1 lb /450 g cauliflower

Did you know that lingonberries are a staple in Scandinavian cuisine. They grow in forested areas, and the taste is similar to cranberries, but not as bitter!
