Ingredients
(Two Servings, about 15 Crisps)
2⁄3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2⁄3 oz. (20g) chia seeds
2⁄3 oz. (20g) flaxseed
2⁄3 oz. (20g) pumpkin seeds
